I've forgotten to add the Swiss Family Card

If the Swiss Passes have already been ordered, it's no longer possible to book a Family Card separately. In exceptional cases, we can book the Family Card for you manually. In that case, please provide us with the following information by email:

• The full first and last names of the children;
• The dates and countries of birth of the children;
• The full first and last names of the accompanying adult;
• The date of birth and country of birth of the accompanying adult;
• The booking number of the Swiss Pass booking you made previously.
