Do I have to pay the full trip cost upfront?

We ask for the full payment for your Rail Tour to be completed before departure. This is done as almost all rail companies and hotels in Europe ask for a full payment before providing any services.

The definitive booking confirmation, that you recieve once we've finalized and booked all elements of your Rail Tour, includes a payment link to pay the first 20% of the trip. We ask you to make sure the other 80% is payed 6 weeks before departure, for which you will recieve a reminder and a second payment link.

Please not that if you make your booking within 6 weeks before departure, we ask for the full payment to be completed at once.
