Can I receive the travel documents on paper?

Your travel documents can be accessed through our app only. All train tickets and seat reservations that we show you can be shown to the ticket inspector on your smartphone or tablet. There is no need to print out anything!

If you don't have access to a smartphone, all documents can be sent by email.
