If I select a preference, such as separate beds, during the booking of a trip, is it guaranteed?

We can't alway guarantee preferences like bed types or dietary restrictions. However, us and our partners will do our best to accommodate your preferences. If there are situations in which we are not able to accommodate your preferences, we will contact you before making the booking definitive.
