All package tours on the HappyRail website are organized by HappyRail Holidays B.V. and are covered by the collective guarantee scheme for package tours by SGR, one of the largest travel package insurance companies in Europe with over 40 years of experience.

The insolvency protection provided by SGR meets all the requirements of the revised legal Package Travel Directive.

This means that in the unlikely event of any unforeseen circumstances affecting your trip, you can rest assured that you are protected, and you will receive a refund regardless of your location anywhere in the world. There is an extra charge of €5 per person per reservation for SGR.
