Do all trains have reserved seats?

Only long-distance, high-speed and scenic trains have reserved seats. Most European local, regional and interregional trainsdon't offer the possibility to make seat reservations. 

When you book a Rail Tour package, we will make sure that all trains in your trip for which a seat reservation is required or convenient has seats reserved for you. Your travel documents specify for which trains seat reservations have been booked for you.
