How do I book a rail tour?

All of our Rail Tour package holidays can be booked exclusively via our website. By clicking on "Dates and Prices" you can view all currently available dates on which you can start your Rail Tour.

  • The amount of travelers is initially set for 2 adults. You can adjust the number of travellers and their ages to see the prices and availability for this selection.
  • In the calendar you can select your preferred date, travel class (see also: differences between first and second class), and room type (single or double).

Customizing your Rail Tour

By clicking the green 'Book this trip' button, you'll be taken to a page where you can adjust and customize your Rail Tour.

  • Select the place you'd like to start and end your Rail Tour. These can be different places if so desired. If you wish you can indicate the location more precisely in the 'additional comments' section, by specifying e.g. 'airport' or 'main train station'.
  • Customizing the length of your Rail Tour by selecting the amount of nights you'd like to spend at each location. There is no limit to the changes you can make. You can see the total price of your trip change as you customize the length of your trip.
  • Select upgrades like optional day trips, catering options and more.
  • Indicate personal preferences like bed types, dietary restrictions, or other things you would like us to keep in mind while arranging your trip.

As you customize your trip and change it's length, the price will automatically change according to your changes. You can still revert any changes you make until you finalize your booking.

Confirming your booking

If you're completely sure of your Rail Tour as you've customized it, complete your booking by entering your personal details and clicking on 'Book this Trip' after reviewing the terms and conditions and leaving any final remarks for us.
