I want to change the name on my ticket

Unfortunately names on train tickets can not be changed. If the ticket's terms and conditions permit, you do have the option of cancelling your ticket and booking a new ticket with the correct name.

• Please bear in mind that spelling mistakes in your name on a train ticket hardly ever pose a problem. If the name as spelled on the ticket remains understandable, you can in almost all cases use it to travel perfectly fine. This is your own responsibility though!
