I want to change my ticket
Check the conditions on your ticket: this should always state whether changing/cancelling is possible. Please note: changes may incur costs if the new ticket is more expensive than the original one.
If you see that modification is possible, search for the alternative connection you would like to take and send us an email.We'll then inform you of the costs and if you agree, you'll be sent a payment link and we'll make the change for you.
- Please not that if you want to make your change last-minute, train station staff will be able to help you more quickly with finding alternative connections and changing your ticket (if possible).
- We can be approached for changing your ticket for you up to 16:00 CEST one business day before your departure. DUe to the time it may take us to process the change, it's unfortunately not possible to do this at a later time or on the day of travel itself.
