I want to change my ticket
Check the conditions on your ticket: this should always state whether changing/cancelling is possible. Please note: changes may incur costs if the new ticket is more expensive than the original one.
If you see that modification is possible, you can find a new route via the website of the airline. Once you have found a route that matches your requirements, you can email us using the contact form. We'll then inform you of the costs and if you agree, you'll be sent a payment link and we'll make the change for you.
Please note that changes are only possible during our opening hours. The final approval for the change can be given until 16:00 CEST until one business day before departure. Due to the processing time, it's unfortunately not possible to do this shorter before departure. Changes cannot be made after the departure of the original trip.
