I want to request a compensation for a delay

For delays of 60 minutes or more, you can try to request compensation from many rail operators. Check your ticket which operator it's from to request compensation from the correct carrier.

Deutsche Bahn (Germany)
Follow the steps and fill out the form on the website. DB will then contact you as soon as possible about compensation.
Eurostar (United Kingdom)
Fill out the form on the website. Please note: Eurostar only compensates with vouchers. You'll receive these by e-mail as soon as possible after your request.
Eurail / Interrail reservations (Europe)
For Eurail / Interrail reservations, the compensation is (if possible) a maximum of 25% of the value of your Interrail pass. You can apply for compensation via the form on the website. Interrail will then contact you as soon as possible.
Italo (Italy)
Fill in the form on the website. Italo will then contact you as soon as possible about the compensation.
NS (Netherlands)
For compensation for train journeys within the Netherlands, please contact us using the contact form. Please mention in the mail the order number of your booking with us and which ticket(s) you wish to cancel. 
ÖBB (Austria)
Please fill out the form on the website. ÖBB will then contact you as soon as possible.
OUIGO (France)
OUIGO has special compensation measures: they only pay out in vouchers up to 50% of the ticket price. This is done automatically within 15 working days after the journey has taken place. Click here for more information.
Renfe (Spain)
Compensations can be requested from Renfe from 30 minutes of delay. This can be done using the form on the website. Renfe will then contact you as soon as possible.
SBB (Switzerland)
Follow the steps on the website to request compensation. SBB will then contact you as soon as possible.
SJ (Sweden)
You can apply for compensation by following the steps on the website. SJ will then contact you as soon as possible.
TGV INOUI (France)
Compensation can be claimed from a delay of 30 minutes (caused by TGV itself). Please fill in the form on the website. TGV will then contact you as soon as possible.
Thalys (France)
Please fill in the form on the website. Thalys will then contact you as quickly as possible. Please note: Thalys mainly compensates with vouchers. If you prefer to receive money, they will refund a maximum of 50% of the ticket amount to you.
Trenitalia (Italy)
Compensation can be requested from 30 minutes of delay for Frecce trains and from 60 minutes for other trains. Please fill in the form on the website. Trenitalia will contact you as soon as possible after your request.
VY (Norway)
