How do I collect my TOD-tickets?

Train tickets that can't be issued as E-tickets or mobile tickets can be picked up from the machine at the station in the UK.

1. Select "collect previously purchased tickets" on the ticket machine.
2. Enter any payment card (a debit card, library card or gym pass: it doesn't matter). You don't have to pay anything and your card won't be charged, your tickets are already paid for. This step is only necessary to ensure that the machine issues your tickets.
3. Take your card back if the ticket machine asks you to.
4. Enter your collection reference (mentioned in the confirmation email you received from us after booking).
5. Your tickets and any reservations will be printed. Please note: make sure you bring all tickets with you. Some train tickets consist of two parts (ticket and reservation) and are only valid if you can show both to the conductor.
