Can I cancel my ÖBB Sparschiene ticket?

Sparschiene Österreich and Sparschiene Europa tickets are the cheapest tickets sold by Austrian state railways ÖBB. These tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed in any way. These conditions are set by ÖBB and unfortunately Happyrail has no influence on this. Exceptions cannot be made. 

Can the name on my ticket be changed? No, unfortunately Sparschiene cannot be changed in any way after booking, including the names of the passengers. Only one name is stated on the tickets, even if this is for a group of passengers.

Sparschiene Komfort tickets are slightly more flexible Sparschiene tickets. These tickets can be refunded up to 15 days before departure. Check your tickets for the exact cancellation/refund options.
