What to do if my train gets delayed?

If there's a delay during your train journey, on-board or station staff can usually provide you with the most up-to-date information. If you miss a connection due to delay, you might also want to check the app of the country you are travelling in (e.g. DB Navigator for Germany, ÖBB app for Austria or SNCF app for France) for the quickest alternative connection.

• Are you travelling on trains without a mandatory seat reservation? Just take the next possible connection with your existing ticket.
• Are you travelling on trains with seat reservations? Please ask the onboard staff or station staff for the next available alternative.
