How can I book reservations in the HappyRail rail planner?

You can only purchase individual reservations if you order the Interrail pass through us within the same calendar year. You can buy the pass first and make reservations later; they don't have to be bought simultaneously.

1. Select "Reservations" in the search bar.

2. Choose your route. Tip: search for main routes for the best results, e.g., Amsterdam to Vienna. See also: which reservations are available for online booking (currently, there's a wide selection that we are continually expanding).

3. Select your reservation!

If you don't see prices or have limited options, it might be because individual reservations can sell out quickly, or we may not offer the route yet, or reservations for that route haven't opened for sale yet. Find out when reservations will be available
